As a consultant, I’ve worked primarily in the fields of education (K-12, higher education, and education abroad), edtech, and technology. Prior to consulting, I worked for eight years as a marketer at IES Abroad, a nonprofit study abroad and internship provider; four years as a content producer covering The Oprah Winfrey Show, Oprah & Friends XM Radio, and much more at Harpo Inc. and OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network; and three years as a writer and editor for several B2B trend- and research-focused home furnishings publications.
